One of my mantras is “Practice is Sacred”.  As a staff we spent hours planning, organizing & the evaluating it. My goal was to improve everyday, even if it was a small %, it was important. We graded practice & demanded excellence. Excellence isn’t a a one shot thing, it is the process of accumulating skills & developing HABITS of Excellence.
