I always thought Lou Holtz was very good coach when he turned around NC St. with the Splt Back Veer Offense. However, his defining moment came in the Orange Bowl when he was Head Coach at Arkansas & facing the Powerful Oklahoma Sooners. Arkansas was a big underdog but that changed when Coach Holtz suspended his 3 star offensive threats because the broke team rules.
