Bob Dylan, the poet of my generation, wrote bad song titled “The Times They are a-Changing” . Well, the times in College & Pro Football changed a lot this past week. Two of the GOATs Bill Belichick & Nick Saban are moving on. These are two of the greatest football coaches I’ve ever seen at work.

Belichick left the Patriots with 6 Super Bowl rings! He made one huge mistake he underestimated the Tom Brady factor. He let Brady go to the Bucs & Tom Terrific promptly won his 7th ring despite being surrounded by a very average program. Belichick on the other hand never recovered. The Patriot Way was never the same.

Saban was even more successful as a College Football Coach. He won a National Championship at LSU & then Alabama. He completely re-built the Bama Dynasty. The Saban “process” was a blueprint for winning football games. He was also great at re-building Coach’s careers. Here’s a video worth a look
