The Super Bowl: Patriots vs Seahawks

What an interesting matchup. The Patriots led by Mike Vrabel had a similar turnaround as The Indiana Hoosiers led by Curt Cignetti. The Pats, however don’t have the relative fire power that the Hoosiers possessed.

The Patriots can win the Super Bowl if it’s a low scoring defensive battle. They won’t win a shootout vs The Seahawks. So they must control the Tempo of the game. It must be a slow deliberate, clock killing attack. High % Passes and a physical ground & pound approach. Drake May’s legs could be very valuable Sunday.

The Pats must play scorched earth Defense. No big plays – easier said than done. They have played great defense all year but the Seahawks have great offensive speed. It will be hard to control that speed which is why keeping the ball is so important for the Pats.

A side note is the great job Andy Janocko the Seahawks QB coach has done coaching Sam Darnold
