Today’s shot of inspiration comes the Ancient Greek Civilization- The Spartans. The Spartan Military Skills were l legendary. The story of “The 300” was Heroism & bravery at their very best. But how did the Spartans become such a powerful force? The didn’t have superior numbers or superior weaponry. So how did the do it? They did it  the way great football programs are built. The very same values are how any great organization is built.
