The Hitch/9eam is a great pass vs 8 man fronts,  3 Deep defenses. It’s tough to stop the Gun Triple and the Quick Game in the same defense. The QB just reads the OLB. The QB passes to the hitch unless the OLB turns to it. If the OLB turns to the Seam the hitch is open.
