One of the Games this weekend that I’m very interested in is the Penn St. – WVU matchup. PSU has 3 new coordinators but their OC Andy Kotelnicki really can have a huge impact. He did a great job at KU & is loaded with a ton of talent at PSU which could make the Lions tough to beat. Here’s a nice play design he used at KU
