The Flip Triple was stolen from Bill Yeomen’s Split Back Veer Offense which revolutionized CFB in the 60s. The UH Cougars ran this as either a Counter Dive or a Counter Option on. But out of the Gun we could combine both plays to make it a Counter Triple Option. It became a great misdirection play & a great answer to a team keying on our motion
