When we were wanting to put the Triple Option in the Shotgun, I first researched the Zone Read but I didn’t find it effective enough to be our core play. I looked at Rich Rodriguez’s version and Kevin Wilson’s Version but didn’t like them as a CORE play, but Zone Read eventually became a nice Supplemental Play in the Triple Gun Offense.
