The Triple Gun used the Quick Game as a Blitz answer for the Dropback Pass. This enabled the use of 6 man Protection without a worry about a Blitz. One side had a Dropback Pattern while the opposite side had a Quick Game Pattern. The QB always checked the Quickside 1st. In this clip he hits the Seam to the Quickside for a big gain.
