Bill Russell was the very definition of a leader BOTH as a player AND a Coach. Russell led by example which is the greatest kind of leadership.. Russell won 2 National Championships in College and the 11NBA Championships with the Celtics. He also won an Olympic Gold Medal in 1956. Russell was also a Hall of Fame NBA Hall of Fame Coach. He was an inspirational force every where he went.
