This is a very unique & interesting play we ran occasionally (probably should have run more) from Backs formation which puts both Slots to the same side. Then we use “WEB” motion – this sends the Widest Slot in motion as the pitch man. The QB fakes  Gun Triple the executes The Boot Pass – very tough on the Defense
