Something I preached to my asstant coaches & I truly believe is that EVERY COACH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTHUSIASM OF HIS PLAYERS.  And the Head Coach is responsible for the enthusiasm of the entire organization.

Another successful young coach that I am very proud of is Keynodo Hudson who coaches the Secondary at The University of Charleston & embraced what I was selling & was a key factor in the dramatic turnaround at UC. Keynodo is currently coaching DBs at The University of Texas & helped the Longhorns finish 22th in the final National Poll. Here’s an interview Keynodo did while he was the University of Illinois.
