I had the pleasure of meeting Coach Eddie Robinson in Atlanta in 1978.  I met him numerous times after that initial meeting & he always greeted me by my name – that tells you volumes about this great coach & great man.
The second thing I noticed about Coach Robinson that struck me was every time I saw him at the convention or at a clinic, he always sat up front & was taking notes! This was after he had already more wins than any coach in America!
If I had to pick 2=word to describe Eddie Robinson, they would Excellence & Sincerity.
