I had the Good Fortune of having Ralph Irsernia as my Offensive Coordinator & Assistant Head Coach while I was the Head Coach at the University of Charleston.

Ralph did a tremendous job at Charleston, but now as the Head Coach at RPI he’s setting records.  His record at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is an eye popping 61-29 !
