Bill Walsh & Curt Cignetti provided great thoughts on building a team’s culture.  But a problem is that in today’s world,  people are after immediate gratification. Win Now! So sometimes you can be making real progress but it doesn’t show on the scoreboard or in the Won Loss Column but everyone can see it.

So, I developed a way to quantify & therefore measure the improvement in THE PROCESS.  The System is called the Four ACES. This an excerpt from a Course we did for CoachTube. It’s a short speech I did for a business group at The University of Charleston
