Bill Walsh on Culture of a Team
Bill Walsh is known as the creator of the West Coast Offense, but he was so much more than. He took the San Francisco 49ers from a 2 -14 team headed on a highway to nowhere to Super Bowl Champions in 3 years!
The West Coast Offense played a part but the Winning Culture he built meant so much more. I had the privilege of spending a couple of days with Coach Walsh in the Spring of 1998 & learned a ton.
