In 1989 I was hired by the great coaching legend, Tubby Raymond to install The Triple Option into The Delaware Wing T. One formation I added was “Ends” which put both WRs to the same side. Tubby renamed it “Loose”.  If the Defense over played the Unbalanced side we ran it back to the “Nub” side as shown in this clip:
