Motion Hitch is used anytime a Defense is rolling the Secondary to motion. This opens the Hitch Pattern (or Flash). The Hitch is always open on ths & usually for 8 yards not 6 but we’ll always take 6 easy gift yards. Note how quickly the ball is out of the Quarterback’s hand.
